The site I order from usually delivers their games a day early. I was wondering is it up to the retailers when they let Skyrim be available to the public or is it up to Bethesda to make sure that every single Skyrim copy in the world can only be available from 00:00:00 11/11/11 in whatever time zone that date happens?
I'm like 80% sure I will get it Thursday before most people do on Friday. I'm working Thursday and Friday evening but I have Saturday off
I just came home from the local gamestore, he told me he didn't receive it yet, and told me to return tomorrow. So I'm going to get it early, either way Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
I'm still wondering if Gamestop will sell my PC version to me on Thursday since I can only activate it when Steam does. Does anyone work there or have experience with this? Thanks.
Some will get it on thursday, because there are some companies who will break the street date. Those that do sell it on Thursday will have broken the street date and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
You should have got a dispatch email from wherever you ordered it from
Oh, it was dispatched last Wednesday apparently because the Collectors Edition is of "epic size" they had to ship it early, I've been waiting somewhat patiently ever since!
