perhaps he is of mixed blood, i believe if his father was nord and mother redguard(or vice versa), he would be allowed in so long as he believed as the nords do. funny thing, i thought he looked more like a black guy than a redguard when hes naked, you know EBONY warrior. still dont think he would not be allowed into sovngarde just because hes not 100% nord.

he resist it. first thing i tried after defeating him. and since he wont spawn until lvl 81, no way to try it before hitting lvl 50

Pretty sure anyone whos beleif is in Sovrenguard will go there ( to face Tsun) if you have earnt it. After all Tsun makes no distinction between Nord, Agronian, fifthly Thalmor or cheezeburger cat.

Just up front is "the special hall" for the Nords that think they were the only ones to get there. A little further in is "the real mead hall" where the party is rocking.

Sovngarde might just be a term..you know like heaven and each race has a different version of it.

Nope a friend of mine said he tries to surrender before he's killed not sure if this is true or not..But not very nord like that.

Since you have to be at the cap, maybe Bethesda didn't expect people to dike around for that long before getting to the main quest

He doesn't, you can ask him and his lieutenant to surrender but they refuse and are like
"come on bro, lets do this!"
