1. Music often plays multiple times in the main menu.
2. Retriever (both the module and challenge) often resets to 0/200 when players approach or reach 500/500 kills with it.
3. Sometimes after sliding the 'in slide blur' will not be removed and will remain until the player is killed.
4. Aiming down sights in Cloak with a Laser Sight will make the laser visible (possibly a feature).
5. The K-Volt cant earn kill assists.
6. The X-MIKE cant earn kill assists.
7. Players at rank 50 still have 6 Mystery Tags they cannot unlock.
8. "View To Kill" Medal Tag gets awarded every time a player completes its requirements.
9. Modules in multiplayer are listed as x/23 but there are only 22 modules.
10. Single player attachments are listed as x/13 but there are only 12 attachments.
11. Sometimes attachments disappear from single player.
12. Multiplayer progress (EXP, challenges, all unlocks, etc) often fails to save and is lost.
13. Doing a Nanosuit Reboot on the PC wipes all operational status stats to 0 even though the game clearly states otherwise.
14. Old items are re-marked as new each time the game is restarted.
15. Players who have the limited edition do not have the Hologram attachment challenge unlocked until they unlock a Hologram for a weapon other than the SCAR.
16. Players who have the EA Store Pre-order bonuses have an extra Armor module token they cannot spend.
17. Sometimes kill cams fail to play.
18. Kill cams involving shotguns are generally out of sync with sound and firing animation.
19. Players are rooted to the ground for a few seconds after ripping off an HMG. They are still free to aim and shoot (possibly a feature).
20. Players can ledge grab through glass.
21. Players can often spawn in inappropriate locations. Its not uncommon for players in Assault to spawn on the other teams part of the map.
22. Its possible to fire the HMG with no recoil and perfect accuracy.
23. Several wall breaches are possible. Players get inside map geometry and can fire out of walls, etc.
24. Form Tetsudo! and Invisible War are not retroactive challenges and thus cannot be completed if a player earns a single level in Armor or Stealth modes before unlocking them.
25. Challenges that are locked are incorrectly listed as completed if the player fulfills their requirements before unlocking them.
26. If a player pulls the pin of a grenade and holds it then does a ledge grab the grenade disappears.
27. Some maps have HMG placements in Assault (some are removed like Pier 17), this allows the attackers to rip it off and slaughter the defenders with ease (possibly a feature).
28. After doing a Nanosuit Reboot modules stay at rank 3 until the game is restarted.
