Try the South Boston Military Checkpoint. Pretty sure this is level specific as well, and requires you be able to hack an expert terminal. But I found a full set of X-01 there.

35 Court. It's not on a map. It's in downtown, one the skyscraqers. Go prepared for a hell of a fight.

There is a wrecked Vertibird in the South of the Map near the School with Pink Ghouls from a food supplement, if Your character has not gotten too close to the Area before reaching Level 28, it will be an X-01. The Semi Trailer between Finch Farm and the National Guard Training Yard. The Abandoned Shack in the Glowing Sea. The Guardhouse at Fort Strong near Nordhagen Beach. Many Military Checkpoints in the Southern half of the Map have a suit guarded by a Robot or inside a Terminal locked crate. East of Jamaica Plain is a partial Suit mostly underwater.I do not know if the partial suit in Fort Hagen, the partial suit to East of the South Entrance to Fort Hagen, or the partial set guarded by Gunners at a Highway Interchange can spawn X-01. There are two other partial suits in mid map that are level dependant that could spawn as X-01. One is near a wrecked aircraft, and the other is in a crate near a Military checkpoint surrounded by insects.

There is a barge on the way to "Fort Libertalia" that had a suit of T-51 Armor despite My current character avoiding the area to farm nothing but X-01 from most locations in the Game.

Odd that it was T51 for you at 48. I'm only 42 and it was X01. It should have been at least T60 for you at the checkpoint. Had you been there before at a lower lever. Even within proximity if not right up to it.

Yup.

I was level 50 and still didn't have a complete set of X-01, missing a helmet and a leg, I think.... So I finally took my pride in hand and went to see Rowdy. She hooked me up. I love those guys. I put BW on an Atom Cats outfit and wore that one for quite a while! Cooler than the Fonz.

Same here.

By the way, a few well placed bottlecap mines before entering the storage building will make dealing with that sentry bot a lot easier. :)

The National Guard Training Yard's armory (and the storage container behind it) are both level based suits of power armor. There are 3 suits that are pretty much guaranteed to be a specific model -- two of them being T-51s in storage.

On 35 Court is a suit guarded by an Assaultron and a Sentrybot. The mark of it varies by level, but as long as you're in the mid 20s at least, it'll be a full suit of X-01. (The graphics may appear to be a earlier model until you open the frame like a contrainer.) It is always a full suit.

The robots start in doors flanking where the suit it stored. You get a warning alert and lights before they're about to come out. Put a butt ton of mines down and you should be able to kill them quickly. Stay back from the explosions. Push the buttons in each little room afterwards, and then you'll get access to the suit.
