I'm tired of people coming on here and saying their game is not broken when they've barely scratched the surface of the game.

So if your one of those people who has one of the elusive unbroken copies please post proof so the people who are upset about this issue can see that it's not a complete show of negligence by Bethesda.

Psn Ids that have the majority of trophies, screen shots showing the majority of trophies, or videos showing a complete look at ur game.

I'm not hating. Doing this would go a long way to show this game wasn't released completely crippled.

Those people are apologists. They either aren't far enough into the content, or are just lying. Not a single one of them have posted PSN ID's.

No lag at all at an old PS3, you can check my trophies, altough i could get more but my char got bugged eventually, 2 companions keep talking to me ALL the time, but i had over 40 hours lagless gameplay

Don't let it get to you, MOST people are having problems, SOME people have mamaged work-arounds or spent cash to get it working.

I'm at over 40 hours play with a save file at 6.2Mb and starting to see frame jitter but I have only completed 4 main story quests so I expect this to get worse.

As it does I will use some of the tips like save file shrinking etc to get an improvement if possible and wait for the patch while playing something else if it's not working for me.

They are probably concerned about attracting stalkers

Trophies aren't proof of anything.

I got 25 hours into playing before I started lagging like crazy. That's more than enough time to complete the College quests on one character, Thieves Guild/Dark Brotherhood on another, create a character solely for discovering locations(which can be achieved within an hour, 2 tops)


So people aren't having problems. Big deal. I'm having problems. I haven't played in a week! It's killing me. But seriously, c'mon now. You honestly think people are going to claim they aren't having problems when they really are? What will that justify?

If I were to tell you that I'm not having problems, I'd actually look over at my PS3 and weep a bit, wishing that it were true.

Finally had enough with my first account, save size 15 mb lag after about 20 minutes of play then have to restart, i'm just going to make a new character and play that untill the patch releases.

I'm at 13 MB and 75 hours in. Haven't done any of the MQ, or any Guilds. I'm lagging hard in the overworld. Afraid to start MQ because when Dragons start spawning i'm not sure how my frame rate can get any worse.

Yes I think some people are like that. At least I'm under the impression that some people will go great lengths and lie to protect the perception of their fav franchise or studio. That is what the Internet has taught me. It would take a very long time to get a majority of trophies while racking up save file size in the process. Go look at the trophy list if u don't beleive me.

I'm 30 hrs in at 8 mb and I get stutter everytime i run in the overworld map. If I have a dog and a companion it stutters that whole time I travel. Cities stutter everytime. Recently textures have stopped loading and I'm not even that far into the game.

Short of the Main Quest trophies, Delver, and Master Criminal I have them all.. but then again its a slide show after about 30 minutes of playtime. Ironically though, my indoor areas run like butter.

Not if you put it on novice. Think about how much play time is cut down if you put it on novice. Also, if you dictate what you're doing beforehand(only doing College quests on this character, nothing else) then your file size isn't as drastic because you're not doing as much.

Put it on Novice, get out of starter dungeon, take advantage of Faendal and use him to train archery to 50 for free, get level 10/11 before even leaving Riverwood, and you're off.

Yeah my dungeons and indoor areas run fine aswell with dime hiccups here and there. I still think psn I'd with a majority of trophies is better than nothing.

Some peole just can't tell the difference between 10 fps and 30 fps

I just don't understand the reasoning behind outing these people. If they're lying, they're lying. If not, well, they're not. Not sure what there is to prove here.

All I know is, this is a frustrating situation. Our peace has been spoken, and a patch is being released. If the patch works, then we can all go back to getting use out of our $60 that we spent. If it doesn't, then the forums will obviously blow up with ranting and screaming and caps lock posts.

Fair enough master can't wait for the patch myself. But I still think proof of noncrippled copies can at least mitigate alot of the anger against Bethesda right now

My frame rate dropped to ZERO total freeze frame it was during a dragon fight with Lydia and myself and about 3-4 others fighting and one mage with two of those Flame Atronach.
So lots of action all over the place, I even have a YouTube on it. (not the best quality as it is direct record off the screen using P&S camera)

Let's be serious here. If the patch doesn't fix the issues, ranting and raving in caps lock is putting it lightly. The forums are likely to fail due to the massive influx of hate posts, but if the patch doesn't fix things at least I'll know I'll be entertained. People are going to lose their [censored] on these forums.

My save file just hit 12MB and major cities are starting to have slight lag even if I've just started playing. I have 50%of the trophies, completed the college, thieves guild, and dark brotherhood quests. Although there are still a few radiant quests I need to do for them. Dungeons are fine, exploring the world can get rough, especially on horseback. Dragons cause lag, but not that bad early in the session. The game isn't "unplayable" yet, but it's steadily reaching a point where it may be.

If the patch fails, then the day after will see the highest record number of banned users in a single day on any internet forum.

what matters is the size of your save game. not gameplay time or how many companions you have.

i had zero issues till i got to 9k mb

now at 11k kb i'm hating life

i dare anyone to show me a 9k mb game character running around in solitude, in the middle of the day, and have no fps issues.

Yeah solitude is a slide show for me but so is every city. And it seems the more u do or the more ur trying to do the worse it gets. If the patch doesn't fix the issues then this forum will be a [censored] show.

I LAG real bad outside of Riften and Whiterun.

I am just now going to riften and it has been some of the worst glitching of expereinced in the whole game with freezes, skipping and textures missing.
