I'm transmitting from an Irken Space Cruiser high above the Earth as I type this my battle cruisers are surrounding the planet. Your end will be swift.

And then I have this other thought..........maybe we're just an experiment on some scientist's desk kind of like a fish tank.

Yeah, similar thought has occured to me. The universe is some school kids science project, that doesn't qualify, and ends up in the thrash can :P

And like i always say on these topics, alien life not existing is statistical impossibility. Them visiting or communicating with us is physical impossiblity. Because space is incompheresibly big, and speed of light is ridiculously slow in cosmic scale.

Well, in theory you could bend space and travel faster than light, but that'd take incredible amounts of energy. Maybe it'll be possible in the future.

But still, there's a damn lot of stars in this galaxy. Finding ones worth going could be difficult :hehe:

We are already close to faster than light travel with NASA developing the first (highly theoretical) warpdrive. Light may be slow, but you can still bend space around you...

at last count, NASA has something like 60 planets that fall within a range of there star that would allow for liquid water.

of course this is only one source. There are quite a few if you google Warp Drive by Nasa

Not to worry. We can just target the snack holds and victory is assured.

I believe there are other lifeforms out there in the universe somewhere, but I do not believe they have visited Earth.

This is my opinion also.

Of course, the Greys created us and influenced us throughout our history.
Why do you think the US covers up moon photos depicting extra terrestrial structures by blurring out parts of their photos?
They don't want you to know that they're up there, watching us, judging us, testing us...

Yes---as big as the universe is I'm pretty sure there has to be other humanoid lifeforms out there now weither or not they're on the same technology level as us that depends. If there's isn't other life forms out there well----that's alot of wasted space.

Absolutely. The idea of Terra being the only planet that has any life on it is just absurd. But all the mumbo-jumbo about downed alien spacecrafts in Roswell or the testing of alien technology in Groom lake AFB and other stuff like that is just hobo talk. Only "aliens" in 'Murica are of the illegal kind.

Rule #1 of how to keep a military project secret:

-Let people believe Aliens are being experimented on there. Anybody credible won't give a damn to look into it.

I personally believe they do exist somewhere in the giant database that is time and space. As far as I can tell with our current knowledge, it's near impossible that they don't.

yes.. yes i do..

The universe is far to big and complex to think that we're the only fish in the sea.

I've heard some say that since we haven't heard anything back from our broadcasts into space, that it's a no go.. Seems pretty short sighted to me, considering we have only had any real radio communications for just over a hundred years. such a short amount of time. such a short distance that any of our signals could have gone compared to the universe itself.

more goldilocks planets found every day. water now being seen pretty much everywhere in the universe....

i think a far better question is "who doesnt believe in extra terrestrials in some capacity?"
"some capacity". Cosmic dust that feeds on plasma for instance displays what some might consider life. http://science.howstuffworks.com/weird-life.htm

I consider it likely that life has arisen in other places. As I have never met such life though, I cannot say with certainty that such life exists.

I just find it highly unlikely and completely random that humans would be the only life forms in the universe. There is definitely more life out there.
