Unless it's like Fallout 3 where you still couldn't get it. Hopefully you can.

Glad you devoted a thread to this instead of spamming JES in every thread he posted in.

Maybe that's special for that NPC, like with Billy Creel or Wernher.

But I sure do hope I can wear one myself.

I see it, too! Good find, my man. Hopefully it won't be a case of 'the eyepatch is part of the skin' like it was with Billy Creel in Fallout 3.

I'm thinking it's NPC-specific. If you had an eye patch you wouldn't see out of one of your eyes... :brokencomputer:

If eye patch is in should it not mess with you're depth perception? Or it should effect night vision. One eye used to see in the light and the one under the eye patch for seeing well in the dark.

i say neither it should be only for looks..... but if it messes with stats should make things on your radar appear slower and give accuracy up 1

I'd be surprised if it weren't included, but it's not like seeing one in game confirms you can wear it. Lotsa NPCs wore them in 3.

I don't think I'd actually use one, but it would be nice to have them included anyway.

I think it should be a trait at creation, and unremovable in game.

I wouldn't use one, and if they did add one, it should reduce some stats because you cannot see out of one eye.....probably a reduction in Perception would be good....

Oh, that's an awesome one! :D But I don't think it should be unremovable, you should just get one in your inventory which you can equip and unequip as you like. Unequipped you see that you have a white eye, and you won't get the Charisma bonus though you still get the Perception penalty. Put it on, and you look good! Like with the Four Eye trait where you need to wear glasses to get a Perception bonus, and without them on you get a Perception penalty.

I hope there are more like these actually! :P Handicaps that actually force you to wear something special to get a bonus.

Glass eye.

Wooden leg.

Those handicapped traits should give the player the item they need to get the bonus, upon gaining the pip-boy. Fx. a pair of glasses for Four Eyed.
