I'm not sure the North is quite that up-beat haha, in terms of weather though I'd agree, it's teeming down at the moment.
The national anthem is mainly in my head due to the 3,447 times they've played/sung it this weekend.

The weather's been absolutely disgusting over the past few days. Can't believe I've had to turn the central heating back on when we're into June.

It's doing it on purpose, to spite me. I finished my exams on the last day of the super hot weather and it all went down hill from then.
