Depends on what mods decide to dot the Skyrim landscape. I doubt we'll have another OOO, as Oscuro is busy at Obsidian, Francesco has pretty much left the modding scene last I heard, and I'm not sure about Martigen.
There will of course be other overhaul mods, such as Arwen's, the newly announced BORG, and maybe even the FWE/PN guys may cook something up (unless swords and dragons aren't their forte), but whether or not those will be easily mergeable is still unanswered.
We'll just have to wait and see.

As Mart and others have said, large projects have a way of consuming a LOT of your free time.
I just recently released v.6.0 as my "final" major update for my Fallout 3 Realism Tweaks . . . and I version 1.0 was released back in July 2009.
But I was just learning to mod back then, so I was very slow at first and made a LOT of mistakes.
