The Hangover 2, which wasn't even funny and obviously just a cash grab off the fame of the original, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, and Attack the Block which was actually a great movie, probably the best I've seen all year.

Just finished watching Insidious 2 hours ago.

Whoa at that awesome ending that I didn't see coming at all. Clever.

Fixed.
I liked that movie, doesn't hurt that Zoe dechannel is the lead actress either (hubba hubba :celebration: ) but it's really not supposed to be all about happy endings and cliche love story stuff, its about the relationships before the happy ending, and I have a feeling that 500 Days of Autumn would be the happy ending version, which would just be competely against the message of the first film and if it wasnt a happy ending movie, it would be pretty much the same as the first with a new name/season, so no point really.

I'm watching Deep Blue Sea atm -- terrible.

I'm finding it fairly difficult to think of two more opposite movies then the Deer Hunter and Machete.
Haha, I certainly wouldn't mean to compare them, I just happened to watch them almost back to back.

Hey, nothing like watching the Deer Hunter for a fast quick solution to insomnia.

[censored] puts you to sleep quicker than Nyquil.
Whaaaaat? I thought it was riveting.

The last movie I watch was Johnny English: Reborn. A few weeks ago or something. I don't really watch movies.

The new Tranformers ~ always amazed by how real they make the tranformers look when going from car to robot and back again.

Bridesmaids ~ I put it right up there with the first Hangover, maybe even funnier imo.

Crazy Stupid Love ~ Good flick, solid acting, nice surprise at the end, but not enough laughs like the movie Its Complicated

Perseus

Note: I don't say this as a fan of the movie, just as someone with a massive knowledge of ancient Greek mythology.

Is Pegasus black in the mythology or was the just wrong in the film, because from everything else I've came across Pegasus is white?

Harry Potter and the deathly hallows 1 and 2. And god, they were awful. Now waiting for mail to bring me Melancholia and The Shield (complete collection) which should be much more entertaining.

Pegasus is depicted as white in most art, but it's not actually said in any myth what colour he is. The thing is that Perseus never even rode Pegasus in any myth.

Watched City on Fire again tonight, the Chow Yun Fat classic which supposedly served as a large inspiration to Reservoir Dogs. It had a pretty decent English dub, but I generally prefer good subtitles.
