For those that have encountered no freezing issues : V - Skyrim

Lakeview: Bedroom, Trophy Room, Library
Windstad: Greenhouse, Alchemy Tower, Kitchen
Heljarchen: Armory, Enchanting Tower, Storage

No freezing in any of them.

how do you get windstad? it wont let me get that place

Did you do the quests in Morthal?

My second characters Lakeview Manor setup is

greenhouse
alchemy tower
Kitchen

What's your Lakeview house set-up?

Decided to re roll another character, delete heathfire and Dawnguard, then re install them.

Lakeview was unusable due to freezes and my set up was - Greenhouse, Armoury and Alchemy lab (all fully furnished) Safe to say i won't be doing that again.

Edit: Forgot to mention I'm only interested in the opinions from people that have the full set up, because i too had no issues until i had fully annexed the house and furnished it. So with that in mind, if you only have the basic house, there's no point adding to the thread as i know the house is fine during the inital stages.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I've had occasional frame rate drops and characters standing on chairs, but apart from that I've not had a single freeze. This was with a full house set up. I have a kitchen, bedroom and trophy room, and cellar, and converted the small house into an entryway.

Fully built and furnished lakeview manor. No freeze. I have greenhouse, library and alchemy tower. Stay away from the greenhouse as much as you wish, I doubt that is the problem.

The main hall is not yet fully furnished since the steward is doing it, and I am just too lazy to return to the house enough times to get it done in a timely manner since I am still decorating and moving stuff in. Lost the 2 chickens to the first giant attack I have had so far.

But no sign of any dragons yet. :banana:
