Core 2 Quad 2.66Ghz (iirc it's the 8400 model)
GTX 260, 216 SP 896MB (upgrading to a GTX 570 soonish) :)
3GB DDR2 RAM
1TB HDD (Almost full! :()
Windows 7 Home Premium 32 Bit

1920x1080 on a 24" monitor :)

I don't remember the exact settings but it's something like;

Everything on max except AA, AF and Shadows (off, they aren't worth the performance drop), I get about 25FPS min, normally around 30. :)

Alienware Area-51 ALX
Intel Core i7 980x Extreme Six Core Processor (3.33ghz 12mb Cache) Not OC'd
6GB DDR3 1866mhz (3x 2GB) Kingston HyperX Tri-Channel Memory
Dual 2GB GDDR5 ATI Radeon HD 5970's CrossfireX Enabled
Windows 7: Home Premium
x2 256 Samsung SSD's
Creative Soundblaster X-Fi Titanium
21.5" Alienware AW2210 OptX Full HD Gaming Monitor
Alienware TactX Mouse & Keyboard
Astro A40 headset or Logitech 5.1 Surround Sound
________________________

Aside from my specs, I have the opportunity to replace the 5970's with two 2GB GDDR5 ATI Radeon HD 6950's (which can possibly be bios flashed into 6970's with a bit of risk), free. I don't know what I want to do; the 5970's are still more powerful than anything ATI has (atleast until the 6990's), however they are much older and less powerful than alot of newer cards for DX11 (tesselation-wise).

Should I take the 6950's or should I keep my 5970's; Pros + Cons would be nice. That is, if you know what you're talking about. ;)

System 1:

Intel i7 930 @ 3.8Ghz
ASUS P6X58D-E Board
6GB Kingston Hyper X DDR3 1600
2x5770s OC's to 960 core each

System 2:

AMD PII 965 BE @ 4.1Ghz
Gigabyte GA-790FXTA-UD5
4GB G.Skill 1300 DDR3
2x5770's also OC'd to 960 cores

The leaked demo did not support MGPU, saw 60+ FPS gamer @ 1920x1080, 45-50 at advanced and 35-ish on hardcoe

Mind you that is ONE card running, hope they optimize it, i will be thrilled to see 50+ FPS in MGPU on hardcoe.

To be very honest, stay as you are for a while. Those 5900 cards are prob held back with youre CPU (need to OC youre chip man).

Saw 5900 in cross fire getting just 83% load on benchmarks on an i7 920 at 4.0Ghz with my own eyes (not some online junkie saying so).

Since the game has smaller maps and less players on Crysis 2 than the first Crysis. I'm guessing around roughly 40 FPS on high, not very high. I just hope they don't have ANY hackers unlike the first game.

AMD Anthlon X4 630 2.8Ghz
6Gb's RAM 1333Mhz
ATI Radeon HD 5670 1Gb

This is a Dell XPS Studio 7100 I got for Christmas. I can play CoD 4 max with/without AA and never get below 40 FPS, 91 FPS most of the time.

Q6600 @ 3.6GHz on Corsair H50
Asus P5N-D
4Gb Corsair DDR2-800
eVGA 460 GTX SC @ 825/2200

This setup runs Crysis 1 @ an average of 36FPS on very high, 4xAA. According to the media coming from Crytek, I should be able to max C2 just as well! Woot!

Having a higher core clock on a P3 does not make it faster than an i7...
