My friend and I came up with this DLC idea

Exactly, freedom fighter suggested something to me. Perhaps because Talos is human and he needs you rise in Divinity, a conflict breaks out between the Gods. You and Talos then are faced with a problem, because the other divines are against you becoming one. Though since the threat is growing you must find out how to solve the conflict, QUICK.

Hmm it's not exactly the same then, but it'll work too, 10 divines sounds better than 9 divines.

Heres my idea for how you can become the evil paragon.

After you do some qusets for Talos you are aproched by the dadrea and they tell you that they about the darkness that is comeing and that it will destory everthing including them. They then tell you that Talo's plan well fail so they offer you thr chocie of instead of turning in to a part divin you can turn into a dadra.

This was just a quick idea tell me if it was good or if it svcked

No, just no. One doesn't simply become a Divine, there is only the 9 Divines, and they are (technically) dead as they sacrificed themselves to become Mundus. Talos mantled Lorkhan, he didn't just ascend to godhood. The only way the DB could become a Divine is if he mantled another Divine, and then what would he be? A dead god, a rule of reality, not a playable role.

And the "Evil" way doesn't quite fit either, the Divines don't support the wicked, and becoming a Daedric Lord is just about out of the question, unless Bethesda has us mantle another Daedric Lord, and I don't see that happening.

"Paragon"

The Dragonborn is visited in a dream (Sleep to activate quest) and is startled by what he see's. The Dragonborn see's Talos before him, Talos tells him the following "that it is time. A darkness will rise, and you cannot defeat it. Unless you follow me in the footsteps that lead me to the devines. Take your rightful place as the 10th devine, the protecter of Tamriel and do what I and the other devines could not. Protect the people while you walk among them". (Walk away from Talos to stop the quest from continuing) The Dragonborn awakes in a cathedral, it is so bright at first. Then the light begins to dim, as he see's a man. With a golden Aura glistening off of his angelic armor, everything is dark except for that man. The knight begins to step forward approaching the Dragonborn. He says to the Dragonborn with just a Whisper that pierces the Dragonborns soul with the little words that came out of his mouth. The knight said "Kill me." Upon these words the Dragonborn draws his/her weapon while the knight just stands there, so bright and beautiful he was how could I harm him. The dragon born sheaths the sword, sparring the Paragon. The man turns to the dragonborn and releases his soul into the Dragonborn, killing himself while giving the Dragonborn the gift. Though if you slay the Paragon, you would have consumed the cursed paragon through the cold blood you spilled. (Which by killing or sparing the paragon is what set's up the DLC with a choice that decides your path in the DLC) You are then told by the paragon with his last words to call to the Divine within yourself and all will be clear. Upon doing this, a light flashes on the players screen slowly as is looks like it is enveloping the Dragonborn in the light. As it begins to fade, the Dragonborn see's that all of his armor and weapon has changed. That he is now part divine, and the whole time he was being watched by the other Gods in that hall. They tell you that you are not divine, though will be granted great power, people will call you the 10th divine. Though are far from it, you will be there protecter. Or their greatest fear, they then tell you of the threat and what you will be facing.

Well this seems like Oblivion all over again to me, but I like the theme, I recon the next DLC will be something to contrast from the previous one. Something along the lines of good, but we will have to wait and see what interesting and un-expecting ideas bethesda will churn out.

how about the corrupt paragon can use shadow magics (a school of magic)
spells:
1.conjure corrupt dagger/axe/greatsword ( conjure a red ethereal daedric weapon (does corruption damage) )

2.bane/dread/corrupt/hell (a ball of magic that drains life and has a fury effect, names have are the strengths)

Tiny-winy factions;
one quest for each daedra. reward is armour, a staff, a spell and a shield.
staff is a daedric looking staff.
shield is a daedric one tinted a certain colour depending one which prince you join.
armour is similar too the secound picture the robe is the same colour as the shield.
the spell summons a very strong daedra (the red part is the same as the shield.

powers:

daedric bind (use on your summoned daedra to become that daedra, gains health and weapon damage. can use daedra vision, every thing becomes black and white while enemies are highlighted even through walls.)

What about being able to choose portfolios from either the aedra or the daedra, and then get a perk tree based off of each portfolio. You would gain perks on these trees by either gaining worshipers or bringing mortal souls under your influence(in whatever manner that entails), using a system like the one for vampyric feeding.

I love this Idea, I planned on having a perk tree for both though your idea for progression is outstanding.

Great idea, but I'm pretty sure by now, Bethesda already has a game plan in motion for what they want to do... But I wouldn't mind seeing something like this.

I at least want to help some modders make this happen, if I can be Sheogorath in Oblivion. Then why not :D
