She looks ok, but generally the dark elves in Skyrim look totally creepy.

I didn't see her because I was busy doing the Destroy the Dark Brotherhood quest. Not really. My Atronach did it for me . I think he killed her on a stair case. She was the last one alive.

I don't understand what happened to the dark elfs. They had handsome and beautiful individuals in prior games. The women were known to be lovely and even randy in their younger years. I read that in wiki or a character said something about it, don't recall; but at any rate, they way they're drawn in Skyrim they would lucky to ensure there was a next generation.

I'm guessing the dark elf in this thread is the store owner. I don't know why more dark elf women don't look like her.

Many of the races in Skyrim took a strong dose of ugly before entering the cold.

Oh thats simple. Whiners got what they wanted. "whaa why do elves look too much like humans, thats not realistic, whaa". Well... Same thing happened to DA. Must be contagious...

I disagree, personally. Every race in all previous games looked lame. Character design and animation have been their weak points, in my eyes.

The Dunmer http://www.ign.com/blogs/tengu230/2011/08/18/a-visual-history-the-elder-scrolls-series-dark-elf. They're a cursed race with hard and often violent lives. There might be some exceptionally beautiful individuals like Barenziah, but those would be rare. Also, randiness and looks have no correlation. Ugly people have six too. Believe me, I speak from experience.

It's kind of funny, after reading your post I went to see what Gabriella looks like without a hood, and... she looks a lot like the "attractive" dark elf character I tried to make (at least with "less ugly elf" mods installed.)

WHY cant we have elves with purple eyes?! This kind of annoyed me, I mean, its in the game, why not include it in character creation?

The key without mods is to pick the best preset (without hair, so you can really see the face) and make small adjustments from there. Skin tone can be tricky. The head often doesn't match the body. I got lucky with Tiffany. Bri is a bit two-toned. Her face is bluer than her body. Annoying, but nothing I can do about it now.

She is cute, but Kariah Is still the hottest.
