Hi guys i wanted to make a topic with a list of glitch quests collected in one , so if for some reason Bethesda read it instead of looking at every topic out there, hopefully this gets stickied too.

Please include as much information about your glitched quest as possible and if your quest has already been mention , just add the name of the quest to the Glitch List and bump up the numbers

Walking Nightmare --- Got in the pub in Rorkstead -- about people having nightmares. Follow a priest to a shrine , when he enters i entered behind only to find him not in the shrine , and the shrine to be a dead end. According to his map marker he is in the 'void' . . . . also according to youtube he is meant to be in there when i enter and cast a spell on the statue at the back opening up a dungeon .

I have entered and left multiple times, and even restarted the game and installed to hard drive with no luck

In the Dark Brotherhood quest Whispers in the Dark I can't get Nazir to give me any sidequests.

Major:

Bug where I got an undropable quest item the second time.
Was able to fix it.

On the same quest I've been stuck in the coffin for quite a while.

Diplomatic Immunity quest and Help Selveni Nethri escape the cave are the problems im having do far

Waking nightmare quest the NPC disappears upon entering the temple, hearing a lot about this one

I second the Selven nethri miscellanious quest, She will not exit the cave and just stands at the exit like a moron.

If you clear out Cragslane's Cavern before the Skooma Operation quest in Riftin, you are unable to complete the quest.

I'm having a main quest issue with The way of the voice, it wont let me learn the word of power from Einarth when he places it on the floor

You reading this Bethesda? What a joke, now main quests are broken?

yea, im trying to unlock the last part of the unrelenting force shout and when i talk to master mufgar all he does is nod, if you can give me an easy solution that would be great since i cant continue my main quest until it is fixed.....

on my lvl 19 nord the quest "take up arms" freezes when eorlund goes to give me the shield he asks me to deliver

The quest " The Silence Has Been Broken" is glitched for me. Amond's body guard won't stop attacking and i can't recieve quest item from him.

Can't progress the first main questline Bleak Falls Barrow quest.

killed the boss dude at the end and his body pinged through the floor so i cant search his body for the dragon tablet

I've spent about 7 hours doing random things leveling and im now lvl 12 with 45 archery and i can not even learn a dragon shout nor progress the main story arc of the game.....

You must have a save before the battle, his body shouldnt go through the floor again. load up a previous save?

College of winterhold listen to Tolfdir, on the part where he tells me he will cast a spell at me and I have to use ward he doesnt cast anything he just walks around and forces me to start talking to him. So awesome, i cant do any of the college of winterhold, I really hope bethesdas guys are reading this and gonna fix these issues in the first update.

I came into the dungeon before to complete the gold claw quest thing, learned the words didnt think anything of the body falling through the floor was just a bit pissed i couldnt loot it left the dungeon and carried on playing for 7 hours...

i have no previous save to come back to.

i really cant be bothered to start again as i was really enjoying my character as it is.

Oh i see, well I am afraid due to Bethesda's refusal to test this game at all and how they quite happy to deceive their customers you have no fix for this issue. You may have to start again. Sorry to hear that buddy, I would wait until a few patches are out anyway as this game seems unplayable atm.

I think for such an anticipated title Bethesda will receive a huge backlash because of how untested their game is. I for one am never purchasing a Bethesda game on release day ever again. I may buy all their games used from now on so they get none of my money.

I can only hope they patch this [censored] and give us a restart quest option or something

I think that is a longshot mate.

Purity of Blood for the companions

Taking care of business quest. Brynjolf doesnt stop distracting the crowd. Im supposed to meet him in the ragged flaggen but he just stays up top in his market stall. This quest has kinda broken Riften because almost everyone in Riften has surrounded Brynjolf and will stay there 24/7.
