The graphics are worst now after the patch, but seriously lets not get too greedy here.At least its a bit more playable now and compared to the games we had 1-2 years ago the graphics are still better.
Trust me I'm just as pissed off as anyone else about the problems in Skyrim. Now they just need to fix bugs x.x

Where do you see "worse" graphics. Plus let us know exactly where you are seeing them as I think the graphics look exactly the same after the patch and my game is also running smoother.

After playing for a little while, the graphics have definitely been downgraded and it is noticeable. Ugh.......

Well it's not a drastic change I guess, but it has downgraded. If you look at peoples face real up close you'll notice that its less detailed. Some objects like my Flame thrall look less "smoother" than before.

The graphics have NOT BEEN downgraded. Talk about rubbish remarks. Get real people and get your eyes serviced. THEY ARE 100% the same.

OP, it really helps if you can be more specific. For instance post some screens to point out specific differences or say if it's just in some places but not others. What made you notice? Is it just certain things? Being specific always assists the devs in isolating issues people complain about and thus in getting fixes out for issues.

The textures have changed. The ground looks less detailed, shelves do as well, as do bookcases, as do tables, as do most items. Windhelm looks like a [censored] PS2 game.

Look here, I'm not complaining about the graphic changes. But if you really think nothings changed maybe its you that needs an eye check.

They are THE SAME. I have looked at both patched and pre-patched running side by side on my friends ps3. NO DIFFERENT. Zero. Same textures. SAME. Prove they are different. Please enlighten us.

If the graphic problem is true (I'm working, I'll do the download latter) we should call the press and burn Skyrim copies on streets (even if it's fake Skyrim disc). So, we'll see if Bethesda will not be worried at all.

For me it's a very noticeable downgrade in the quality of things such as the written text within the game, books and status messages that are displayed. The image of the game on my television seems to have shrunk since the patch, things like the status bars, text, and even the way my characters hands and weaponry are displayed is different than before (sorry probably not explaining it that well).
The quality of the environments has also dropped noticeably and facial features don't seem as sharp as before. To be honest it just seems to be a general downgrade of graphics across the board.
Thanks for taking the time to try and get the information, I really hope this can be resolved quickly.

This thread was totally ridiculous from the start. Don't post that graphics are drastically worse without side-by-side screenshot comparisons using the same system and TV, before and after. Anything else, whether you're using all CAPS or just repeating yourself, does nothing for the rest of the community, or for Bethesda.

The graphics looks exactly the same for me as they have before the patch, I think this is just people trying to put out more ''Problems'' that need to be fixed when they don't jesus.

Will do, I'm also diverting the Hubble telescope so it looks directly in to my room, to give us a better comparison.
