Has anyone else had an issue with the Atomic Blimp not showing up? I put my code in this morning and it shows it under the game in "System" but it's not in game. My son put his code in this morning as well and he has his in game but mine isn't showing up. Gonna try restarting the Xbox and see if that helps.

I was playing as Trevor and this girl was passing by talking on the phone and she said ''OMG I just passed by this guy, and he looks like a disaster '' :D

And wow, I can't believe they brought back the Z-type.

It was a car on GTA 2, used by members the Zaibatsu Corporation. It costs $10,000,000 in GTA V (apparently because only 10 Z-Types were made, even if there were plenty of them in GTA 2). http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130912152512/gtawiki/images/e/e5/ZType-GTAV.png.

Ten million bucks? Geez! :shocking: I think Franklin has maybe $300 right now after buying a SMG.

Someone in Yahoo News left a comment in a GTA V article saying that Americans are dumb for buying GTA because all the game does is insult Americans. I dunno, I think if you can't laugh at yourself, you have serious issues. Some of the stuff in that game is really hilarious, like the tweet comments in the internet.

Edit: Speaking of money, how do I make money? And where is the spolier tag? I wanted to say that I'm at the part where Lamar's friend just got out of jail, but that sounds like a spoiler.

I just unlocked the clothing shops. All of them are available on the map for Michael and Franklin, so Michael can shop at Binco and the discount store? Can Trevor shop at the ritzy place Ponsybys? I'm pleasantly surprised by how many clothing options there are.

Yeah you can shop at any of the stores with any of the characters. Like even Trevor who wouldn't normally wear nice clothes from ponsybys can still shop there and buy nice suits.

I am also pleasantly surprised by the clothing options, one of my big complaints about 4 was that there was barely any different kinds of clothes (only 2 hats and 2 glasses in the whole game), especially after San Andreas had a crapload of clothes to pick from.

And to answer your question earlier, yes, you can do golf with Trevor as well. I was playing golf against trevor as Michael, and I thought it was pretty cool how Trevor svcked at golf and always freaks out when he misses a shot, what you think trevor would be like with golf. playing against franklin was a bit more of a challenge, as he wasn't as bad as trevor. I haven't played against Michael yet, but I assume out of the three that he would be the one who is good at it.

Hunting with trevor is also pretty fun too.

Anyone know how to shoot gas tanks? They're not visible.

I'm having trouble making money as well. So far the whole stock market thing is a bust, I'm just too impatient to sit there looking for miniscule changes to the stocks. I would rather be out doing you know... fun things. Gasoline and guns are cheap.

Edit

Is there anyway to make tons of cash without grinding crappy mini games?

Maybe random jobs? ( I can't afford GTA V yet, so I'm not familiar with in-world stuff)

If V is like GTA IV, try heisting some Grupp Sechs trucks and blow them up, they dropped about 2k a truck in GTA IV.

Considering some things cost many millions of dollars that's not going to cut it.

I'm guessing most of the the minigames drop chump change. At 1-2k a truck, you'd make 10k just blowing up 10 cars. Easy work if you know where to find Gruppe Sechs truck spawns.

(Again, I haven't played V yet, so money MAY not drop from destroyed trucks, but it never hurts to try, right?)

I doubt it drops from exploded trucks.

Not having patience for a minigames doesn't mean it's crappy. The problem is if casuals complain about in depth features that you have to follow and read about, like the stock market, they'll end up removing those features. I bet half the people don't use the in game internet.

I check out all features and take my time with the game. No wonder my play time is at 20 hours and I haven't even done the first heist, or got Trevor yet.

Now I see why devs dumb down their games. Not Rockstar though.

I've beaten over 250 or more games in my lifetime, most of those in the last few years. I don't have the patience for this stupid mini game [censored] anymore. Many of those completed to 100%, after a certain point its all the same [censored]. I'm here for the stuff that's actually interesting, the storyline.

Then you should have plenty of money from the heists if you're only in it for the storyline.

Had being the keyword. I bought some companies that I regret. I had no idea the stupid tow truck company didn't auto generate money. And then another property is only generating like 7.5k a week. It will take over 106 weeks of in game time to break even let alone make a profit. It's pretty silly. I had no idea it would generate such little amounts of money. Total waste of my heist money. The game doesn't tell you about these things or give you anywhere near enough information to let you the player make smart decisions beforehand with these things.

I haven't done any heists yet, so I haven't been able to invest/buy property yet. There's the Vinewood garage available on my map but it's $30,000. I only have $2000.

Have you tried street racing? You can make around $1000 from just 2 races.

Yea some of these properties cost like 150 million. At least you have an edge now because I've informed you of these crappy flaws. Also if the game tells you there will be missions for the property don't buy that crap, it told me there would be ways to upgrade some properties to increase their cash income. So far the only thing to happen is I've been robbed and had to chase down the burglar. That's it! It's been a complete liability. So keep that in mind before you throw your cash away to the winds. You don't have to learn by randomly guessing, I figured it out the hard way. Now I have no cash. I can only hope in the last few missions I make some cash. Or that the game is a little longer than I am expecting.

I enjoy having all the shops unlocked. That way, all three have nice suits (from ponsbys) when they're together.

I like how Franklin has more haircut options than the others.
