No no, it's exactly the point you wanna make here. You raise biased arguments against Skyrim, like..."oh [censored], it has become a Action-RPG", "it lost the depth in RPG terms" or "Where's the toilet paper I need to [censored], it's all Bethesdas fault", learn that the majority of people playing Skyrim enjoys the game, while you can't, and then trying to bash the game in a incompehensible way, just because it's not like Morrowind, right?
You're wrong...Skyrim rocks...even more then Morrowind...it needs some mods, true, but then it's going to be the best ever TES game. You just fail to see it, because you can't get over your biased attitude. Your expectations on Skyrim were so high, all you could experience with the game was a big pile of grievance cause it's not like previous TES titles. Go with the future, accept innovation, leave the old skin behind. If you can't then stop playing the game and leave the forums, cause all your unreasonable complaints are just hilarious.

constructive criticism is what is needed. Luckily in about a year a lot of Skyrim's problems will be fixed and improved by the community but it still will be hindered by Bethesda's choice to use a similar engine to their previous games
