Nyahahahahahaha!
Thanks for the Birthday present folks! Well, I still gotta pay for it. But oh man, Ol' toasty is probably maintaining those for a tribe of somesorts, Old World Blues sounds like FEV and more muties (which I love) an I have a strong feeling that it will feature the Enclave (who else?). Lonesome road is the real mysterious one out of the lot. Hell all my predictions could be wrong, oh thanks Obsidian/Bethesda.

thanks G. But wait.... the final battle is too easy on level 30, on level 50 it's going to be a stroll in the summer park with your dog and a frizbee. Would be nice if Lenius and his camp raised in level with you.

And for you, I have good news. If you’re concerned that the new level cap increases will make the game too easy for you, I've got a couple things to note:

1) Congratulations on being hardcoe
2) Old World Blues will offer a new trait (and respec your traits if you've already chosen them) that will allow you to cap your level at 30 (or current level if you’re already over 30).

Each DLC will raise the level cap by 5. So including Dead Money, if you've got them all, you'll have a cap of 50.

Oh please no, why :(

After the brilliant design choices Obsidian made to rectify many problems with Fallout 3 it was still easy. But now this, this takes the absolute urine.

Read my post (right above yours) :)

Unrelated, wanted to note that none of the upcoming DLCs will allow you to play beyond the main quest (for the same reasons http://www.1up.com/news/fallout-new-vegas-definitive-ending prior to the game's release).

Will this trait only be gained from doing old world blues or will it also be a normal selectable trait at the beginning of a new game?

Seems to me that when you wander into the Big MT, you get experimented on or something else suitably Science!-y enough that you can change your traits. Wouldn't be fun being capped at level 1, after all.

Wonderful news.

Also, does anyone else already have some of the trophies that are associated with this upcoming DLC? I must have gotten them during the last update, because I didn't have them when I got Dead Money. All of them appear to be related to the the Honest Hearts DLC.

Oh, thank god. Well anyway, how will this affect those who have already begun Dead Money and have theoretically already bypassed the proposed level 30 barrier?

Same release as L.A. Noire...they should not be surprised if no one decides to buy the dlc on the 17th.

awesome news about all of the future dlc though...so one a month during the summer...we can hope. I guess they did not decide to do more than 3 after dead money...or maybe they still will? meh whatever.

Thankyou, I missed that in my nerd rage. :brokencomputer:

I foresee outrage towards missing out on perks, however, by those unwilling to raise all of their skills to 100.
