Wow, i've been planning on killing him, but idk anymore

Also i love how all the bethesda members have been silent, now they're on every topic.

I think they're just as excited as us.

How come the Fallout section of the Bethesda web site hasn't been updated and is still showing Dead Money related news from months ago? Time to update with more images than just the one of Graham inspecting pistols. Also where is the trailer?

Same release as L.A. Noire...they should not be surprised if no one decides to buy the dlc on the 17th.

If the PSN or the store is still down on May 17, I will pick up L.A. Noire. I'll get the DLC when the store is back up.

That was my plan as well. If PSN is down will play through L.A. Noire. If the PSN is up with Honest Hearts then I will be buying both honest hearts and dead money...if I manage to level my character up enough before then.

just read about the level cap thing...I don't understand why some of these people just don't play on on very hard mode...it might make the leveling up less of a benefit.

Very excited for this dlc content I just hope it is longer and allows returning (the main issue I have with dead money...you can never return...then again you don't really need to).

I wonder if we will get a trailer later this or next week?

thing is, very hard mode is ... very hard... for new players. But if you've been playing Fallout 3 and New Vegas for like... 3 years... you get the hang of it. Practice makes perfect. Then very hard isn't so hard, so you need more (which is why hardcoe and Arwens and such mods are very popular)

Cut down the middle like a misbehaving sandwich

Very hard is easy, and hardcoe mode is really just for roleplaying purposes.

Haha... I said to myself this morning "I wonder if HH will be announced today... nah probably not."
I love that screenshot, looks like they're bringing in the M1911. Joshua Graham looks... burned.

As a native Utahn, I can honestly say I am super stoked to see Utah get some Fallout love. :3 Joshua Graham looks amazing, and his SLCPD SWAT vest looks awesome over his tribal garb. Question though, and I figure you're just going to say "Wait until the DLC comes out." but; will there be any way to recruit Graham as a permanent companion?

I sure hope so, but I don't think they have ever done that in a Fallout DLC, so we can't be sure.

I doubt they would add a permanant companion since it would probably affect the main game but you neve know and it would be relly cool if they did but I think that were hoping for a little too much.

`Things go horribly wrong when your caravan is ambushed by a tribal raiding band``

....whyé My Character is a mogul billionaire who deals large-scale trade with the locals of the Mojave, why would I leave my comfort zone and go out and possibly run the risks of getting ambushedéé(seeing as we do).

Well it looks like all the people that have been asking for a 1911 are getting their wish.

Yay! And Josh was just talking about NOT putting one in the game.
I didn't want The Strip to feel like another New Reno. Whether you liked New Reno or hated it, they definitely had the Tommy Gun gangster thing going on. I also felt like I already had a good semi-auto and SMG progression in the core game: 9mm to 10mm to 12.7mm. I couldn't figure out a good way to slot .45 ACP weapons like the M1911 and Thompson into that progression. *~ Realistically ~* a weapon like the M1911 would probably be between the 9mm and 10mm but that felt awkward/not right.

What a tease. I wonder what they'll chamber it in. It's gotta be 10mm. It'd be too much to ask for .45ACP.

I'm going on record right now with the prediction that it will be called either the "Government Pistol" or the "Military Sidearm".

-Gunny out.
