Dean is apparently not the best at making decisions under pressure, given how well that particular one went. :gun: :dead:
I'm really hoping that the situation with Ulysses is not like that, since you had no idea you had pissed Dean off past the point of no return during the initial dialogue with him until it was too late.
If at all possible I will talk Ulysses down, but failing that he'll be getting a heavy weapon blast to the face.
I like that. It's why I want dialogue tags removed for the next game (as in saying the exact threshold of speech you'll need for a character). I like the NPCs in Dead Money in how basically, if you treat them well, they are going to treat you well too. I understand the concern of not knowing that you may have pissed them off, but I think it was pretty clear. If it wasn't clear enough, than in the future they can make it more clear, I think the concept worked very well in Dead Money.
I don't think the situation will necessarily be the same for Ulysses, it is very likely that it will end up with him wanting to kill you and you basically being able to fight back or talk him down.
