try recruiting her into the Blades. I did that with my thief character just to get her out of hassling my peeps in Riften.

Just stay married to her, then marry someonelse in your next playthrough.

i also remembered that i attacked that [censored] that always follows her one time and she started to attack me, i don't know if that is how you sign the divorce papers in skyrim or if that is just natural nordic wife behavior.
