How do i enter riften as a khajiit? : V - Skyrim

if you talk to the guard he wants you to pay him but there is an easy easy check to get around paying him and he unlocks it.

well i tried all the gates and those guards wouldn't let me in riften and i did try bribing them!!

Well usually a guard will approach and you can bride/threaten him to let you in.

However sometimes a dragon will fly over and scare them away and you are locked out forever unless you use console commands or load an earlier save :I
