I wont explain about the whole cliffhanger thing to you again...

But I'll say this.. At the rate Bethesda is going with these patches and add-ons... Skyrim just might become my #1 fave TES of all.

If you like vampires which I do its pretty good. Not my perfect idea of a vampire being a fan of Ann Rice books. But it will do.

With the way vanilla Skyrim played, and now the Dawnguard Expansion, if Hearthfire is anywhere near the same quality...

Well, lets just say that it could be quite awhile after it releases before Halo 4 is allowed to grace the inside of my Xbox disc tray. :D

I love it. Although, as a level 26 dunmer with archery at rank 78, I have recently lost the ability to fire my bow now that i have vampirism?? The level/cave design is brilliant. Although i have not actually been bitten by a vampire, so far only the blood drained in the way of legacy of cain blood omen.

If you rate it as a stand alone adventure to be completed after Skyrim, then I rate a 7 out of 10. If you rate it as an add-on to Skyrim, then I rate it a 2 out of 10 because the NPC killing nullifies a significant portion of the original content. Also, the vampire apocalypse overwhelms all the other quest lines. If Bethesda had gone further and substituted the vampire apocalypse in place of the Dragon Born Main Quest -AND- advertised it as such, then it could have been a 9 out of ten.

As it is, I give it a 3 out of 10 overall

Oh because your opinion is the same as everyone elses? nice dude i see someone isnt very bright
anyone that plays as a pure mage (meaning more than one school of magic) would see that this add on added some neat new spells, 6 new spells is nothing to scoff at. 8 actually.

it was very good for maybe 1000mp but not 1600mp too much for the lack of content.it has less than 10% of the content of skyrim but 1/3 the price now does that make any sense?

This DLC is the best thing since sliced bread...
...
actually come to think of it...
...
bread isn't really that great...
...
Anyway it improves skyrim in many ways as long as you don't mind vampire massacres
