Oh man, Oh man, have you fought the Arch-Curate, or Lord Harkon yet?!

Harkon was soft. Gaenor would eat him for breakfast.

I'm lvl 47 on my second char...lord stone, agent of Mara, Otar's mask...yet if two Ancients or even Ancient+Elder dragons decide to gank me at the same time I'm probably screwed...
Master difficulty, of course...

Am I the only poor bastard who has been jumped by three dragons and lived?

They weren't legendaries (Dawnguard wasn't out yet), but it was still a [censored].

Two legendaries is my limit,. I almost died more times in 5 min than in the rest of the game combined.

After that I made sure I always had my dragon slaying gear on me.

I once fought 2 dragons together at Dawnstar. Had Lydia as a companion. These were elder dragons. One was fire and one was frost. Fire came down and landed, put on the fire boots, and while Lydia distracted him I let off a icy spear. Fire took off and frost landed. Put on frost boots, and gave it an incinerate spell. Frost takes off, fire lands, switch boots, and here comes a giant running through and starts wacking him with his club. I killed the giant. Fire takes off, frost lands, and I have to back up because frost almost lands on top of me, and fell of the rock onto the lower road into Dawnstar. Switch boots, get ready to fire, and all of a sudden it is up up and away, for fire had me in his talons and dropped me. All I could do was to sit there in stunned silence watching my mage tumble over head over heels wishing I could sprout wings while the ground got closer and closer. Then splat. lol  It was so funny the way it went down. Heck of a good fight.

Yes it is.

Yes you can.

IT WASN'T MY FAULT, OKAY?

Yeah, that dang bridge was the most dangerous thing I encountered in Sovngarde. Evil mist? Bah. The World-Eater? Meh. Hightailing my Dragonborn ass back across the bridge because I was dilly-dallying in the Hall of Valor ("well hello there big strong ancient Nord hero guy... how you doin'?) and suddenly realized that my three designated dead allies had taken off without me and gotten a huge headstart? Um... yeah. That was bad.

The worst part was realizing that I was, in fact, falling off the bridge, and thinking how irritating it was gonna be circling back around and climbing back up to where the action was, and then next you thing you know I have a killcam of my poor little Dovahkiin tumbling down the side of some abyss, bouncing helplessly off the rocks, bounce bounce bounce oh sheet I'm actually DEAD? :swear:

Sounds like my adventure with the dragon

What was the maximum amount of money you could give him? I remember spamming console for money just to see his reactions. For those who don't know that guy begged more and MORE money exponentially.

I don't remember the max amount or there was even one. All i know is i kept giving him money, until i thought...this guy is taking the piss.

It was the encounter that was memorable, you did'nt expect it. Fighting someone like harkon, you knew what to expect in a way. But the gaenor thing came out of the blue. Classic, just classic. :)

Yeah, i miss such things.

For some reason, dying in Morrowind is not as irritating as in Skyrim, not sure why.. Maybe it's self-killcams

It's all fun and games until you find yourself on the wrong side of a Kill Cam.
It's humbling, and infuriating.

Lol I agree, it a strong message from the game that your strategy was completely wrong in that instant! The revenge after the reload is all the more sweeter.

I've had to take down an Ancient and a Frost Dragon at the same time before. Three is not that much more of a stretch of the imagination. Tough fight, but not impossible.
