I understand why people are so upset about this suggestion and it is unfair but no need to be rude to the guy. hahaha. One of the things that I really disliked about WoW was that if a player was 10 lvls higher than you, all of your attacks would miss and you had no way of defending against him/her, I haven't played in years so that may have changed. As long as high lvl toons aren't invincible against lower lvl players, i'm cool.

This whole topic is forever doomed. it isn't just. why should a player with more time be punished than a player with less time? it makes no since. will you not both share the same experience of an elder scrolls online game? will you not both face weaker and stronger opponents? will you not be rewarded for the time you put in? the answer to all of those questions is yes. it is an already fair system and should be concluded that of the same with real life. that there is always a better and a worse in everything. its really that simple and regardless of your situation or priorities I wish the best of life to you.
