I suppose people are free to anglicise the word if they like. "Draugr" (plural: "Draugar") is originally from Icelandic, where it is definitely "ow" as in "cow" or "allow". They are not Bethesda's creations.

Drow-ger...
Im now going to start pronouncing it 'Drog' without the r at the end however because according to a source, that is how it would actually be said in Old Norse

The way voice actors pronounce things in game are not always the correct way it is pronounced: http://www.imperial-library.info/content/redguard-forum-madness <- Contains the correct pronuciation of the different mer races.

An NPC in-game pronounced it 'Draw-ger', like everyone else has mentioned.

A lot Nordic names in the game are strange to pronounce as well.

It is a bit hard to write how something is said, but if I were to write how I say Draugr, I'd mix in letters not existing in the English alphabet.
In Norwegian I'd say Dr?ug or something, considering we use vowels differently.
In English, maybe Drow-ger is correct.

But I think Draugr is Icelandic, making it as close to Old Norse a modern language can get.

I just call them "Dr?uger". It's probably wrong but atleast I don't swallow my tongue trying to pronounce it in the proper way they intended.

IIRC Draugr is from the Old Norse language, supposedly the name for undead(?) tomb guardians or something similar. Of course don't hold me to that, I could be entirely wrong.
