So I guess people are right in saying that this issue probably won't be addressed.
And he is right in saying most users are not experiencing this issue. I'm not and none of my buddies are.

I find it funny that people say that "most users are not experiencing this issue". Again, I say, prove it. Give us some numbers. Out of the 3 million people or so who bought it, how many do no have an issue with lag? Don't have the number? Well, then don't claim it as fact. It works the other way as well. You need numbers to say the majority of the people are having lag issues.
