I wonder how Pete knows that "Most users aren't experiencing these kind of issues on PS3"?
I'd believe that most users haven't put in enough time to experience the lag yet, but among those who have large save files (especially in the double-digits), it seems the problem is universal.
According to Bethesda's VP of PR and Marketing Pete Hines, "Most users aren't experiencing these kind of issues on PS3. We are investigating the issue further as to why some folks are seeing this."
Oh really? I guess the nearly 5000 topics made across all three platforms are all full of crap? Gotcha.

Either that or they simply just haven't voiced their opinion yet, the game hasn't been out for more than a week yet and these forums seem to have enough users with trouble to at least cause a stir.

And so it begins. Marginalize the issue. First step toward not addressing the issue.
Exactly. Hell, even if only 49% of PS3 users were experiencing the problem he could say that and be completely truthful. But it's intended to make it seem like it's a vanishingly small percentage of users that have any issues. Slimey marketing-speak.
LOL, his dismissive remarks in regards to the issue (despite that being the conversation of the entire PS3 forums) makes me think they're not going to fix it.
