Apparently, according to IGN polls, ESO is the most anticipated MMORPG of 2014 and the second most anticipated MMO after The Division. Interesting video:

Likewise. I thought for 2014 only one game will be released at least for me it is. , unless Fallout 4 is being released in 2014 and maybe Diablo 3 expansion (I have not decided if I will get it).

Eso had a higher hypetrain at the time the poll was taking place, having just released some info and done a huge stress test.

TESO: Has the TES lore and the latest chapter in that series sold mega millions of copies.

I never heard of Wildstar so I can state what its player pool is like

From it's like rating on the IGN page when they released the new trailer, i'm surprised it got that high.

I really do not care for mmo's TESO only has me interested due to the IP and hope to explore the entire TES land.

Never heard of The Division.

Wildstar looks like Krater or Borderlands: The MMO. Looks fun, but I don't see much long lasting appeal with that weird top down looking [censored].

It's the Tom Clancy MMO that is console exclusive. Looks really good, might possibly get it, but it's not a game that I'm actively following and seeing how it'll be.

People still visit IGN? Well, at least this is a player poll, so there's credibility there. And who wouldn't expect ESO to be the most hyped? It's far more advertised then Wildstar.

Also; The Division is an MMO? Oh well, and here I was looking forward to it.

ArcheAge was already released. People who actually wanted to play the game did so with fake ID in Korea.
Sadly, because I think them doing so is what destroys the AA-fan base in NA and EU -> nobody talks about a game they can actually play.

As for WildStar:
I heard rumors that Carabine and NCSoft aim for a release in February, but I'm not sure about that.

So because its an MMO it is instantly bad. I don't usually like MMO's but I think the idea and game looks great.

maybe after launch there will be :

IGN: ESO most dissappointed MMORPG of 2014

but I hope that WILL NOT be a case. I like eso too much.
