I'm also running ok with Intel HD Graphics 3000. I normally play on my desktop with a reasonable NVidia card, but when away from the house my laptop is handling the task (though it's not quite as pretty). FPS is never above 30, but it's more than enough to advance my character and still enjoy the environment.

I've got an Asus UX31e zenbook, with a Core i7 1.8GHz cpu, 4GB Ram. I'm using the native 1600x900 resolution, and started with medium detail. I turned off antialiasing and turned on FXAA, and noticed a good bit of improvement. I'll try out more tweaks as I see them here.
