Okay,finally downloaded the german version of dawnguard today.After loading the save and traveling to whiterun i found the vamps attacking the city.But,the vamps were naked and when i picked up their clothes/armor to wear them it was basicly invisible and i could wear them along with my daedric armor at the same time.Next issue,i travel to fort dawnguard and all npc are naked.Also in the first quest death hounds and gargoyles are invisible and are also invisible everywhere else.Went back after the quest and transformed the first time into a vamp lord...but i was invisible aswell just like the dogs,enemies and armor.

Okay i checked it and it seems its on all accounts.All dlc armors and clothes and as far as i can tell all DLC creatures including the Vampire Lord are invisible.It's all a huge mess but it seems it is the DLC itself.Something must have gone totally wrong at Bethesda.
As of now it seems that all non english DLC versions that came out today suffer from the same problems.

Here are some of the bugs discovered in the FIGS release(thanks to zonenfuchs for more details)

- invisible dragons
- new enemies are invisible (gargoyles,death hounds and some skeletons)
- new dragons are invisible
- vampire lord is invisible
- if you are a vampire lord you are invisible
- all DLC armors are invisible
- new armor's property = 0
- you get invisible or naked if you wear any of the new armors
- animation error with crossbow in first person perspective
- missing textures for ground,underwater
- at fort dawnguard the player can fall through the ground into water
- increased number of crashes/freezes in certain areas of Skyrim
- corrupted save files after uninstalling Dawnguard(some of dawnguards content will continue to excist within the save file,causing problems)


This is unbearable and unacceptable Bethesda.

Please dont move it,people have to read this!

Spanish version too. Same problem. Clearing de cache and reinstalling haven`t solved anything. Bethesda, you never fail to impress me... really.

Another german here, same problem, opened a thread about it too. First we get the DLC later (i dont mind that so much) and then when we get it it's ****

The clothing and armor objects can be equipep over other equipment as if they where not labeled correctly as "armor" or "clothing. Its not an isolated bug. Every single friend I`ve asked seems to find themeselves in this situation. Wrong DLC version? The fact is we′ll have to wait for the patch or the correct version and I`ve paid more and have had the BROKEN DLC later as usual. Nice work.

Still didn't get Dawnguard myself but a lot of people on italian speaking forums are having the same issues...

Europe is the third world of videogames guys, we should just accept the poor support we're going to have...

Yep exactly the same problem like italians and spanish people.Yes it reall anoys me and kinda hurts.Do they care about it or not?I want ansers and i want them fast!...not next week or next month!

Its sad really,and i have no idea how they are going to fix this.DO they expect us to play with invisible clothes,armor and enemies.Oh now iam a Mighty Vampire Lord!..Only problem is that he is invisible!

Yup, later release, we still can't get the english version in Europe and more than 2 week after the american release we get a bugged DLC...

Im tired of this. Allways the same. Poor support? If we got any... My day for playing was today. I don′t want to wait a week, I can′t really. Im pissed. XD.

I don't think it's the wrong DLC version. I saw the Dawnguard hammer on the back of the Dawnguard leader and i was able to use the crossbow normally

Perhaps it's meant to be this way...ohoo fear the mighty invisible vampire lord! Can feed on neck without anyone noticing!
And for the invisible clothes well, maybe everyone in Skyrim just got a little less modest...

Looks like a location bug. Don`t know. As if the database with the names on each languaje hasn't been linked to the objects properly an this objects haven't received the propper "TAG" explaining the game what king of equipment they are...

It's simple, it's a bug. Do not discuss about what is, that's the job of Bethesda.
( Spanish version here, same problem. I won't play until Bethesda solves the bug )

Man they messed up all the localised versions... spain, germany and italy... still didin't get a word from the french friends, who knows, maybe they got it right...

True. Whatever it is, it needs to be fixed. NOW. Give non-english speaking fans the priority for once.

Btw..i just thought they didnt test the european release at all, becouse if they did!..The first thing that you would notice is the missing armors and clothes on the Dawnguard NPC's.It just so w??h,it makes me wanna vormit

If Beth fix this, they would show that they are able to fix DLC's.
Very interesting.

If not,then it is broken and unplayable forever,so i will get my money back and this will be my last Beth game/dlc.
