Mjoll has way more personality to me so that's who I'd choose.

Yeah, only if shes not following you and you leave her at home. So you would have to use the method again. If she's following you though, her armour will never respawn, even when you change cells.

So I quickly tried this. I noticed she is selling her wedding ring, but not her armor. I took her as a follower and she has nothing to sell at all even with the option there. I'm on the PC. She is also selling items I reverse pickpocked on her earlier after stealing her clothes to see if she would equip them. no such luck.

I then tried with another character and the wife that can't be a follower... same thing.

Am I doing something wrong or do you have a cool Xbox glitch? haha

You are giving a ranged weapon to a companion that uses two handed weapons, why would you even expect her to use the bow? I don't get it. IF you want your wife to use a bow, marry Aela :dry:
