Lava - A Glimpse at the Future

Well, if you think about it. he dwarves dug out all this earth so close to the magma vents in the planet. SO the earthquakes could just be the magma traveling though the tunnels. Seeing how the dwarves arnt there anymore to stop it from happening
#1 Theory so far. So they could just be aesthetics then.
Aren't they locations in the same quest?
Shearpoint isn't. But if you're saying it's some sort of quest related glitch I can see that. Unless they wanted random quakes to follow you for some reason...

P.S. - You can't be in any way completely immune to the lava, but if you have an 85% resistance plus healing and become ethereal you can be safe from its effects so long as you pay attention and alternate the shout and spell.

I know YOU can't be immune to the lava's damage but your followers can!

Also, I am curious about this...I mean why only use lava once? Why once? Something fun like that should be used much more! Heck, I want a lava hole where enemies will always respawn nearby so I can "Fus Ro Dah" some enemies into the lava!

Ha ha, very funny. It's not quite there yet. What, a guy can't speculate? I could make it sound crazier if you'd like... maybe the lava symbolizes the empire's effect on Nirn thus far. The products of the lava, the animunculi, the aetherium relics are all metaphysical manifestations that serve as anological examples of the Warp in the West and Martin wielding the amulet of kings. I could get crazier but I think I'll stop there seeing as I'm tired.

Lava does 250 fire damage(every second you in it) and 20(I think) fire damage for several second when you out of it. I tested it.

You mean you can't use it on the spider bots? I thought you could.

I don't think you can.

Anyways..

Random Idea! Hearthfire, which is a possible DLC for Skyrim, could be Thalmor base due to a war with the Thalmor started, or something like that, on the 10th of Hearthfire.. Plus with Falmer trying to evade... Epic war between Thalmor, Falmer, Nords, and Empire? And, to keep this related to the topic, LAVA somewhere in the place! I would love to Fus Ro Dah some filthy Thalmor into lava to give them a hot bath!

I want to see some lava-specific monsters: Lava worms, lava dragons, lava-fish (slaughterfish), lava horkers... all right maybe not lava horkers.
