^ That's pretty much my plan. Me and my guild will be a small guerilla unit that will augment larger groups in sieges and spend the rest of the time destabilizing and destroying the other factions properties.

They can make it a 1000 levels but change the xp by 1000 and you would get there just as fast. They could make the level cap 10, but it could take a year to get to ten if they gave almost no xp out.
The key is content. How much content will the game have to keep us interested?
the number is arbitrary. it all depends how long it takes to get there. if it had 200 levels but you could reach lvl 200 in one day, would you feel better?
We don't know anything about the progression curve. Saying 50 levels is too few based on what?
This is just ignoring so many factors really. If they had 10 levels scaling from simple farm guy --to-- godly epic ruler, I would somehow see your point. But we dont know how the progression works. Maybe in 50 levels you get from average competent warrior to simply somewhat more competent warrior with titles and more perks.
But this is all assumption based on nothing.
Lvl 50 is just a number. It could have 200 levels or only 30 and still be the same.
I played SWTOR in 2 weeks to level 50.
I played Everquest1 for 6 month and still wasnt level 50.
Btw with the same average playing time.
The disturbed OP is missing a point of TESO progression, 50 is merely a gear cap and point where you character stops getting primary stat points. You character is not even nearly done
