The warrior doesn't count. My personal favorite is LW. I will make one with the character of Fallout 4 when it comes out. I will add the warrior to.

Why doesn't the Warrior count? He is canon, Bethesda said so. They said the "High-Level Events" of Fallout Tactics are canon, therefore the Warrior is canon. The Midwestern Brothehrood of Steel is canon and were even mentioned in Fallout 3.

Yes I can read. I just think it isn't fair that he was left out. After all the other four canon characters are included but not the Warrior? I see that as the OP believing the Warrior isn't canon.

I guess we don't know what exactly is canon about him, other than the "high-level events" of Tactics.

The Courier won the fight years before it began without realizing it. He delivered a package somewhere that caused a chain reaction that resulted in the complete and utter humiliating defeats of the other Fallout protagonists.

The Chosen One.
After the game he gets the "Game guide" which raises his stats to [censored] loads.
Six would be a toughy, survived getting shot in the head, and other crazy things.
Vault Dweller. Dude killed the Master, pretty much the biggest bad guy in the series. In every Fallout game I have played, they mention the Master, and how he was defeated by a human.
Lone Wanderer. Has a lot of allies, and survived a ton of psychologically messed up stuff, but he doesn't seem as tough as the others.

Now that I think about it lore wise all the protagonists are pretty much on the same level including The Warrior. So it would be more of a personal preference who would win a fight lore wise. But gameplay wise The Chosen one and The Warrior are obviously the strongest of the bunch since both can go up to level 99 and bring there skills up to 300 percent. So it would really come down to personal preference who would win a fight gameplay wise between The Chosen One or The Warrior to since there the strongest of the bunch.

I would have to go with the Lone Wanderer, he has something out of this world that we couldn't explain that would beat Helios 1 and Lonesome Road missiles, an alien mother ship. Let alone Liberty Prime, and lore. REPCON rockets? How would you steer them with out just crashing into alien shields, or even being able to stop or land on the ship, did you see the cult followers swerve out of control after lift off? I'm sure if they even got to the ship, Lone Wanderer would be on the ship and they decided to let the courier come in he would have his friends up there, a samurai, anchorage soldier, cowboy and badass little girl all with alien ware would end the whole ordeal. Unkillable holograms? New thing called high sneak level and flipping there switches, also the holograms are on a local frequency, you can't just pack em in your bag and fly off in small unsustainable rockets that are probably already crashed and gone from the ghouls. Even if they got longer distance frequencies, why would that stop Lone Wanderer from just blowing up all of Dead Money area with just a couple orbital zaps (which happen to be very large). An assassin mutant killing Fawkes? Fawkes has never died for me, never. He has a gatlin laser and is probably the biggest mutant around. NCR svcked by the way, not only do they have to deal with the legion but they wouldn't have a chance against the brotherhood's technology. They wouldn't even have been able to beat the Legion without the courier. The other stuff that you said is pretty much useless just from the fact that Lone Wanderer owns a mother ship. One more thing, Lone Wanderer= an Anchorage Commander (which overdoes the courier's battle experience), a swamp destroyer who took a massive tribe and brain damage single handedly, was abducted by aliens but then overpowered them, and found the GECK and started the rehabilitation of the Capital Wasteland. ...owned...

Vault dweller and Lone Wanderer had sheltered childhoods; Chosen had a tribal upbringing and had to weed carnivorous plants from the garden with a stick. by the end of FO2 the Chosen was usually a heavyweight boxer and pit fighter champion.... My dollar is on the Chosen one.

(And that's not even counting the Brotherhood surgical mods they might have gotten. :chaos:)

Got lobotimized, only to fight all across Big Mountain, to get his brain back. Then fought through the Divide to find Ulysses.

Why are they fighting? Can I have some back story as to why? And what items (from their corresponding games only, please) are they using to take down eachother?

The prisoner. He had access to the B.O.M.B.

But between the choices in your title, I would say it's between The Courier and The Chosen One.
Though, I'm leaning towards The Courier.

Actually his father is James. James is by no means a bad ass and he's not too bright either.

The courier...why? The courier is the living incarnation of Clint Eastwood. Hell the event of fighting Benny ispretty much a rehash of the final fight in unforgiven minus the shopkeeper. Couriers a badass and Clint Eastwood the biggest badass to ever walk the planet and hes come again.

Aliens from Mothership Zeta abducted everyone and froze them. The Lone Wanderer then found all of the previous heroes frozen in time 4 years after the events of Broken Steel. They were all teleported to New Vegas as an accident caused by Sally when she tried to send them to the Capital Wasteland but instead activated an old beacon which is not far from New Vegas. Each of them only have an Assault Rifle, 500 AR rounds, and one item from their game. The first building they come to is a stadium built by Caesar in which they enter and become gladiators to fight one another.

It doesn't matter what items the other 4 had, the warrior had the Bullhorn Trap so they win by default.

If the Courier's item was turbo he could put a bullet in all of them before they could make a move.
