Thats probably one of the reason buggy content is released by the companies.Most people dont care and pay anyway.But i think this kind of attitude is bad for all gamers.We all pay the price now as you can see.

He/she just isn't dumbing his/her life down for a game, that's all. If the update comes tomorrow, fine, if not, I'll wait. If you want to ruin your summer, though, go ahead.

Maybe..who knows..this attitude still hurts us all.

Well, well, i cannot say i am surprised. I already feared that Monday would be an illusion, updates on xbox always show up on tuesdays....if I remember correctly so i suppose it will either be this Tuesday/Wednesday...or the one following ...or.....

Depressing situation but I fear nothing can be done about it.

I am rather dissapointed by either Bethesda and Microsoft but Skyrim is the best game on the market IMHO, none of the other games can hold a torch up to them .....so there is no other solution then to wait.

Refund can only be given if the bought goods cannot be repaired..they are working on repairing it so there is absolutely zero chance to get a refund UNLESS they cannot repair the "damaged goods" and officially announce it.

Bethesda will fix this buggy DLC ....eventually, so forget about a refund. If you buy a washing machine, and it is not working, the shops takes it back and gives you a new one or sends it to be repaired and you have to wait .....and they redeliver the fixed washing machine. Same case here..... in German it is called "Nachbesserung" ...English...amendment?...i am not sure if the term is the correct one.


Well, I will play ME3 and watch out for the extended cut scenes until the fixed DLC is up for download.

Bethesda: don't make promises you can't stick to.. that makes the ppl even more angry, you knew that $hitty M$ only does xbox live updates on Patchday which means Tuesday or Wednesday, then why did you tell us that the patch is available at Monday? That's not even bad P.R. thats bull$hitting your Customers.
