The hair is one of the Saram/Corean/Whatever transfers from FO3 that I hatified. The headwrap uses the rose headwrap texture from this FO3 mod: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11227

Maybe now with the energy weapon buffs, I can finally do a playthrough with those. If only some of them didn't make such annoying noises when you have them equipped.

Fortunately (or unfortunately) that jerk at the barge didn't say that line he told Annie last time. I never chat with him so that may be why.

To me it looks like Backsteppo's PE Dress for Fallout 3.
Good thing about most FO3 mods is they can be used in NV without converting. I use a lot of mods from FO3, even though I'd planned on having a much shorter load order this game around.

Playing through a newish character. Well, an old one started over. This time I'm going the Legion path, for something different. She's only just started out so apart from some petty thefts, and the murder of Tomas, she hasn't done anything to knock her alignment into Evil. Yet

Streetlights from FO3? That looks good, although my nights are still vanilla so I don't need them :unsure:
Waiting on my favourite weather mod to one day come over. Until then the only way I can tell night from day is whether the stars are visible in the sky. I do have a texture replacer for that (another FO3 mod) so it's not all boring

I tried your face texture replacer but didn't notice much of a difference with my main character, Clio. I usually use the one included in Fallout's Type 3 race mod which I think is also included in the Mikoto pack, now.
Maybe it'd work best if I start a fresh character, instead of copying a Fallout 3 face
