Mods when Dawnguard hits PC

Post » Tue Nov 20, 2012 7:57 pm

Huh the female vampire lord looks great I am glad it looks like a giant monster er women-bat! Instead of some sixy er bat thing.
I'm glad she looks badass and monstrous too. I'm just saying there is a 99% chance that someone is going to mod a sixy version. After all there were threads asking for the female vamp lord to be sixy.

It already looks sixy by looking like a monster bat.

Though I do remember when dawnguard first came out people are asking why female vampires don't look hot and I said "well they are undead and I think they look awesome :bunny: "

Bat monsters FTW. My female vamp looks nice...In human form at least. If she didn't have that stupid nosebleed.

I will personally be making my vampires more like Volkihar as well as removing the nosebleed effect and adding stage 4 attacks back in

Even though I'm a console player I'm really interested in seeing what the mod community does with DG, I'll be Kermit the frog green with envy, but I cannot wait to see what is created. I'm also interested in seeing what existing mods like " Deadlier dragons ", " Wars of Skyrim ", " Monster mod " will do to DG, legendary dragons can pose a pretty good fight now in the vanilla DG, just wait and see what effect DD mod has on them. Then there's the monster mod.....

I cannot wait and see the carnage :bunny: I also would like to see the different variants of armor that are made  But mostly it's the " Deadlier dragons " mod that has my attention, I watched my brother( PC gamer ) fight a DD modded dragon for 2 days straight!!! Imagine the chaos that a DD modded legendary dragon will do, I bet the drain vitality shout kills you in one blast :bunny:

People get mad when very weak Vampires kill NPCs...imagine the rage that'll ensue when near unkillable Legendary dragons start attacking towns?

That is a cool outfit and not soooo different from DB's outfit.... I mean skin tight, leather, black. Actually I think it looks better, JMO

DB as in Dark Brotherhood? Wouldn't say so. This is the original Blade outfit from the movies.

I did recognize it, I guess I wasn't awake enough to clearly state what I ment.

I know it ROCKS :mohawk: if your a PC player. I'm prob. one of the few that feel Skyrim needs more moments where it's life or death, that being said I'm a twisted individual and enjoy the really hard, next to impossible fights. Besides dragons are supposed to be next to unstoppable, the DD mod gets pretty close to this. Once PC gets Dawnguard the dragons will be the way their SPOSE to be with the DD mod, a force to recon with. :toughninja: Just wish console Skyrim got harder :hehe:

Anyone here Todd Howard say we would be able to "Trick out" our new homes in Dawnguard? I bet someone will make a mod where you CAN upgrade forts like you were supposed to be able to. Kind of like the fort in the Ultimate Castle Defense mod.

I could see someone adding more side quests instead of the gay-ass radiant quests they gave us.

I foresee a mod similar to this

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/8742

and as others have already said a nvde patch will probably be the very first thing.

Speaking of Falmer, I'm surprised there aren't any Lets Plays on Youtube with people playing as one of them since it seems the majority does want to be one.

Falmer Snow elves I mean..not the betrayed Falmer.

Hopefully once Dawnguard comes out there will be a less buggy version of a Falmer mod. Especially with the ancient Falmer armour added and the new architecture maybe some alternate start mods for it as well.

Just got my new PC this week - have been having fun with the existing mods, I hope that we get compatability with these. Definetly want to see new vampire mods and the Dawnguard equipment opened up to the non-dawnguard side.

Hopefully a change to the quests so you can play though either side as whatever you want - Vampire on Dawnguard side, Non-vampire on Vampire side.

Should be easy. Just spawn a bunch of hold guards with player.placeatme.
