I questioned Significant Other about this. She says the little boy who survives the Dragon attack at Helgen later goes to a cabin to live with his grandfather. She thinks this cabin was south of Helgen or Falkreath. She was exploring in the vicinity of this cabin when she saw the White Gold Tower. This is all we've been able to reconstruct from the shattered remnants of her memory.

That cabin is way over in the reach - along the south cliffs. and ...
Spoiler
Further up from the cabin is a shrine to talos and even further is some ruins that I didn't go in, but that had Draugr outside of the ruin. The only place in the game where they are outside that I've seen so far.

Off topic, but ...
The owner gives an interesting quest to go challenge special wildlife in order to understand one of the 8 divines as understood by the Nords before the Imperials comodified and rebranded their gods.

I'm really liking the backstory of and the way the history of the land and people are portrayed in this game. I also really like how the imperials and Altmer are portrayed. This was under the surface in the previous game (the racism of the Altmer and the fascist tendencies of the Imperials). It makes the story much more rich and fun to actually read the books in the game. Unlike with oblivion where you would read these things then each character of those races were generic and bland.

I had no clue they had completed all the quests. I may actually go back and finish morrowind in that case LOLOL.

That project is still actively updating, iirc. As of a few months ago.
They had finished the entirety of all the quests in Vvardenfell and most on Solstheim.

can someone explain how to get out of the boundaries? I tried the "tcl" command, but it still won't let me through. Is there a boundaries thing in the INI, like there was in Oblivion?

Also, when I set the player speed to 3000, like the video in the OP my game crashes within 2 minutes. i imagine since it has to load things so fast.

I copy and pasted the border regions ini entry from my Oblivion ini to my skyrim ini under General then turned it off.

It is actually described earlier in this thread - I think. Or the other thread.

Or in the ini compendium thread.
