FPS real-time combat.

Seems like crafting will be quite developped, and that the game will have some good PVP, so it only really need this for me.

If you doesn't take gameplay into account. Then it would be spears, I miss them.

Id love that too but theyd better have a darn tootin good explanation.

At this point in time Vvardenfell, and Vivec city, is a Tribunal Temple reservation and not open to colonisation, or anything else.
I do not expect it to feature in the game, unless maybe you play a Dunmer or unless maybe not from the start.
It wouldnt make sense.
We may meet him, but not in Vivec city.

Alamalexia resides in Mournhold on mainland Morrowind though and I do expect her to be represented.
Sil as a rumour only, at this time he doesnt really involve himself with mortals anymore.
