but i do hate how some of the people want to change fallout to be more like mw2

Yeah.....like Bioware did with Mass Effect 2. They dumped weapons mods and put in "thermal clips" because they were afraid the MW gamers would stay away if they couldn't do tactical reloads and had to mess with comparing mods.

Im guessing you dont like Modern warfare from what ive heard from you. Look hardcoe fallout fans and COD fans can get along. We all need to appreciate that they are both great games.

You make a mistake Modern Warfare is a Functional game it has Functional gameplay story etc. What we Hate here at these forums is the people who play the The 11-year old roid monkeys with NO concept of stratergy its the
same reason people dont like Justin Bieber its not because of HIM in particular its the screaming yelling annoying 9 year olds.Who he produces

Why the hell did Bethesda make this game instead of TESV?

Didn't you hear? Bethesda isn't making this one because they are working on TES:V. Obsidian Entertainment is making this one, which is why it's going to be somewhat different from Fallout 3. After Bethesda is done with TES:V, they will come back and make Fallout 4. (Which will kick NV's ass).
