I never think there will be a multiplayer skyrim. Although I would love it-- All these blacksmith characters could start making weapons for me.

I hope they never integrate multiplayer into TES or Fallout.

I agree there.

Skyrim DLC Packs Will 'Have A Lot of Meat on Them'

Without wishing to sound too whiney there's two things I infer from this:

1. Todd is almost certainly talking bunk as usual. Spin spin spin spinnning!
2. A lot of content was 'cut' from final release because it wasn't finished/debugged enough before deadline

I disagree that multiplayer would necessarily be bad for TES; single-player doesn't have to be compromised to make it possible. DLC could add a simple coop that many of us would enjoy with a good friend.

Indeed.

Why would the ability to play coop be such a detriment?

As long as the game scaled appropriately for the additional player, what is the problem?

Takes away from the single player dev time. [edit:] And look how that is going for some.[/edit]

This is why i like these people ^_^

Indeed.

Getting sick of companies throwing multi-player/co-op onto titles just so they can say they did it. Some of us truly don't give a [censored] about multi-player games.

Don't pollute my TES/Fallout with this nonsense.

Not really a fan of the way they're handling the first DLC. Guess microsoft paid a good amount huh?

Thoughts?

Something to be excited about. I don't however like the end. Microsoft getting first 2 DLC exclusive. I know it's only a month or so, but I thought it was only the first one. Bethesda obviously ISN'T listening to it's fan base. If they did, Bethesda would put their customers first, instead of Microsoft deals. I dunno why it bothers me as much as it does. It shouldn't. Just the idea it's going to be a long wait for the DLC in general, now even longer for 1/2 the player base, because of Microsoft, and Bethesda is ok with this.

Hopefully they save that for the DLC's.

Skyrim MMO with bolt-action rifles being thought about.

Lol @ people flipping out over the Co-op thing, if Bethesda wants to make it in the future ( FUTURE not now) then they will make it. Also if they nail it right it can be a very good experience for a lot of people just like you guys complain and say it'll be the worst move ever. I for one would love to play with my brother in the same world.
