A sound dev diary, just what I was hoping for! Mark Lampert is indeed such a sorcerer.
And I'm so happy he recorded many of his sounds in England - European singing birds will make this much more familiar to me! :D

Looks like they fixed the infamous "windmill spins in the wrong direction..." (grin)

As the hawk does a sudden 90 degree right turn :D

Christopher Plummer did an awesome job. Very believable. Also like the voice of the man who was on the throne at 4:15. I'm hoping the animations(gestures) of the characters go well along with the voice acting that's going on. I just dont want the characters to be just standing there and have sound coming out of them. Still better than Oblivion

I'm getting choked up watching/listening to the choir. It's so overwhelming sometimes to get a glimpse of how much work, love and detail went into making this game. The little things really do matter to them and they spent just as much time on making sure they were just right too.

Really cool, NPC interaction looks much more cinematic, with different animations as they speak instead of looking 100% rooted to the ground. I salute you at BGS.

Christopher Plummer's voice is money. Thanks for putting so much effort into the entire spectrum of Skyrim's audio Bethesda!

Its because you have seen the err.. non official footage of Skyrim what was filmed with a potato. Its Xbox you can see it from the edges and PS3 will look like that too.

Yep, the PC visuals will look sweetly smooth with sharper textures. Can't wait.

cool, some spoilers in it tough.
and i have reason to belive the game footage in this vid, is taken from the PC version on medium settings, and not 360 or ps3. due to the graphics is way better than on eg. OB or FO. (and yes it will look better then those two games but not waay better like this).
If you look at the textures, light and shadow effects. especially if you take a look athttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XJ7lmWc14uo&feature=player_embedded#t=226s & http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XJ7lmWc14uo&feature=player_embedded#t=234s in the http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XJ7lmWc14uo&feature=player_embedded, neither the 360 or ps3 are capable to deliver that kinda graphics, or animations for that matter without some glitches or some lag, or am i wrong?
If so, then they shown us PC and 360 footage, but no PS3 footage! and that frustrates me.

Read before posting. It's 360 footage.

I also assume you haven't played Uncharted 3 yet. PS3 and Xbox can do that easily.

really? i dubt it.. (awesome if it is). but they also said before that all the footage published was from the 360, and now Pete says that some are from PC.
so then again, no PS3 footage..
Edit: no havent played Uncharted 3 yet, but thats a compleatly other game genre, not a open world game, to have that kinda graphics in a 3D open world game takes much more engine power to deliver that kinda graphics (I'm no pro, but just common sense)

This is driving me crazy:

Can anyone tell what race the female thief(?) is at 3:22? I couldn't tell if she was a Breton, Imperial... even something else. Anyone have a good idea?

Posted onto my Facebook wall. :celebration:

And ironic enough, I ordered the soundtrack not too long ago before this video came out.

Glad to see that these making of videos gives you insight of the employees/actors/actresses who made the game possible.
