The Scroll of Transmutation allows you to transform a golden nugget to 50 gold pieces; a silver nugget to a gold nugget, and an iron ore into a silver nugget. It was used during "Mehrunes Razor" when the army was trying to finance itself. You will find a couple of scrolls if you look around the underground mining village at a person's house, I forget which. *It was a very important person.* Also note that you CANNOT transmutate a transmutated nugget.

Yeah! :turtle: And thanks, Aiden!

"I thought I wasn't scary.
Nobody paid their tolls.
I don't get it. I like pretty shiny things.
Ooh, shiny.

As the result, I said "Goodbye",
and drank 'till drunk.
Then I fell into the river underneath a bridge,
Where I drowned and nobody noticed."

Who am I and where did I drown?
*You don't have to tell me the exact location. Just what landmark was this bridge right next to.*

Turtle for correct answer! :turtle:

Umm...let's see...

Name someone who has converted themselves into a Lich.

oh...um...that guy you have to assassinate for the DB i think...cant remember his name

EDIT:oh yeah, Celedaen, frmo whom you pick-pocket the sands of resolve

EDIT2: and if you dont count him (for being a half-lich) then Lorgren Benirus

...

Aside from the two above (as pointed out Celedaen was not a full Lich yet), name someone who as been converted into a Lich and who you can meet in-game.

For extra credit name three people that have been converted into Liches and who you can meet in game. But one is enough.

Umbacano

That will do, since I have to go. It's not really clear if Umbacano becomes a Lich, but rather becomes a King of the Aylieds; and it's really not through the normal necromancy way of transforming. But he looks like a Lich so good enough.

There are actually several others as well. Your turn.

Others:

Spoiler
Erandur, Vangaril, Arielle Jurard.

That's pretty easy. Molag Bal's Daedric quest.

EDIT: are there two open questions? Oh I see Aiden gave up the turtle.

Guards (mostly in the IC), Guard Captians, Legionaires (the ones on Horseback), Forresters I think.

No. Not that I know of, I don't remember seeing one there. And I checked the wiki, and it says nothing about the remains of a child in that cave.

That's not the location I was thinking of.

There's place in the Shivering Isles, but I can't remember the name though, its a Grumite Lair.
