Human.
I was thinking of saying this, but decided to go with something far more pretentious - in response to a question that is pretentious to answer, anyway.

I find human to be a rather applicable umbrella term really. As anything a human being would or could do, would fit with that simple word, human. It's everything and nothing, aptly put into one word to define us.

Horrible.

I'm not a big fan of myself. Not a lifeless addict, mind you. I just don't feel like I've ever been able to truly help anybody but myself, despite my best efforts. Whether or not this is accurate, I've no clue. Its difficult to sum up a being in one word, if not impossible.

Ek praat a bietjie, ja. Ek verstaan dit meer as wat ek dit kan praat. Why does someone who lives in Wisconsin know how to speak the language?

"I talk a little, yes. I understand it more as what I know for/can use for talking?"

Praat is almost identical with the Norwegian prat, which means talk. And ja is idententical to ja, which in Norwegian means yes. Meer is also almost identical to mer, which means more. Wat, with the lack of a H for what, in Norwegian being hva.

Am I close?
