Personally, I think these claims are baseless and have been repeatedly proven false. Furthermore, I have brought this important point up at least three times before, but I'll do it again here:
The Xbox 360 version has suffered (since Day 1) with problems related to textures not properly/fully loading...leading the game to look like a blurry, soupy mess. At least one of the subsequent patches was supposed to fix this, but lots of players are still experiencing it (as can be seen on the 360 forums here). This has NEVER been an issue on the PS3 (despite its well-documented framerate issues). So to say that the 360 version of Skyrim is 'graphically superior' in any way, shape or form, is ridiculous. I was watching a Skyrim Let's Play on YouTube during release week and WITNESSED this problem that the commentator was experiencing on his 360 with my own two eyes. At points, it looked like he was playing Oblivion, no joke.
And as for Eurogamer, frankly their comparo is in the minority. I've seen a handful of great, HD three-way comparo videos (including the PC) which prove that there is virtually NO difference between the visual fidelity of the console versions...
when the 360 version's textures are properly loading.
