Ooo, the Americans got the patch at last? Oh man, I hope it works for them, otherwise this place will explode. I just have 4 words to say:

Is it out for all Americans?

I don't have access to my PS3 just yet.

Downloading 92Mb 1.02 update on the West Coast :ahhh:

[Edit] Just a quick test .. I have two toons both saves ~5Mb they are not experiencing much lag.

Loaded up a save inside Honeyside (Riften House), textures appear fine.

Browsed through my inventory - potions, ingredients, misc items all look much more detailed. I don't think I had ever seen detailed textures on these before.

Exited house into Riften, ran through the marketplace and out into Skyrim.

Ran around Riften and re-entered Honeyside, saved the game.

Save size went from 5.118 to 4.639. ~27.5 hours of play time.

Seemed smoother although I was only seeing occasional hiccups, no constant lag before. World textures appeared fine, I didn't notice any degradation.

[Edit 2] 320Gb PS3 Slim (Move launch bundle) - the cheap ones with the horrid hard drives ...

Sad, isn't it. I only managed to get a HDTV a week after release, so I know your pain.

Stating you have a SD TV problem does not help your unemployment argument.

Just kiddin' dude.

What is the version number? When I go to system it says 1.1.200 or something. Does that mean I have the patch?

On the back of your game it should state that an HDTV is a requirement. or somewhere along those lines.

Doesn't change the fact that every other game i own doesn't have this issue...so why should it be a problem with this game?

Awsome glad to hear it is out. First I'll uninstall entire game., turn off inernet access, let game install, then restart with internet access to get patch . This should ensure a clean instal, and I really love the game so starting over is awsome for me. I do it all the time with RPG's. I'll report back later how things go. I never had the big issues anyway, except for dragons not always attacking, and that I found may have been due to I Sneak EVERYWHERE, so I was hidden and they couldn't find me to attack and would eventually fly off.
