You sir have absolutely no reading skills. I NEVER said those games were perfect, nor did I say no one else had problems. I stated MY personal experiences and why I'm slightly confident Bethesda might fix these issues with a patch. I'm also well aware of Bethesda's role in FONV, not much. Bethesda did not make the patchs for that game and they did not design that game. They licensed the Fallout engine to Obsidian and were supposed to do the testing of the game (clearly they didn't to much).
Heres what you posted
"Oblivion runs great on my PS3 (although I realize I have the original one done by 3rd part) and Fallout 3 (with all DLC's and a 9 mb save) runs great on my PS3. FONV was constructed by Obsidian (<- not Bethesda), a team with little knowledge of Gamebryo, in one year. I still have very few problems with FONV, but those issues should not be placed on Bethesda."
So yeah shut up about reading skills. No where in hell did you clarify your position of just so I gave you the most likely one. I can get on more of that, but wow you really DON'T know how much influence a publisher has over a developer. Wow. Thats a very naive opinion. I can name so many companies who have dramatically 180'd the direction and releases of games that its not even funny. Its not a simple "Ok go out there, use our resources as publisher and make whatever game you want" The execs and business side need to make sure they're profiting. If they don't think they're gonna get much from it then it gets axed AKA Megaman Legends 3. What, or do you think games get canceled by the devs who wake up one morning after several years of work and just say "**** this we're done" and quit? I hope not, publishers have A LOT of clout when giving 'suggestions' cause if they're not liking what they're seeing they can decide to pull the plug on it. When Demon's Souls was looking for a publisher they went to Sony, but Sony flat out said "make the game easier then we'll talk" so they had to go to ATLUS to preserve their game style. If you think its just license and test then you need to talk to EA, Sony, Activision, Microsoft, Square Enix I can go on all day.
