2 reasons why it should have been released on pc at the same time as xbox.

1 it's an elderscroll game before morrowind all the elderscroll games were pc only games .
2 pc's also are from microsoft ? ....ok i agree that they won't make any profit ,since skyrim on pc uses steam.
BUT i bet that most people have skyrim on console anyway .since bethesda went out of their way to make it for console players .
i don't really mind that they did that, after all they released a high res texture pack for free on pc.
with all that said i didn't mind waiting after all i have skyrim on both pc and ps3.
the only thing that bothered me is that they didn't even bother giving information of the dlc for both ps3 and pc.
and i'm pretty sure....no i'm confident that this won't be the last time they will do it.

on the other side people that play skyrim on pc tend to brag to mod te game true that is fun , however mods compared to official bethesda dlc's are kinda hard to compare.
and i really want bethesda to allow console users to allow them to download and install mods i don't think that would be hard to add in a update .

anyways i like playing skyrim on pc ONLY because i'm used to keyboard and mouse controls
mods destroy the gameplay but are fun for messing around which is a no for me.

If you have the money to afford a decent PC with a decent monitor, you will out perform both Xbox and PS3. I personally prefer the mouse / keyboard combo to the console contoller, the sweet graphics are just a plus. A huge plus to all you console players.

Every game in history practically on all platforms including arcade games will, can, and very much does run on a PC.

There is not one game that has ever been released on any console in the history of video games that can not run on a PC, not one single game. There will never be a console game that will not be able to run on a PC, next generation consoles = next generation PC hardware, next gen Direct X, etc, it will never change, PC will always be able to play console games. Skyrim is already on PC, the port it is done, DG is PC ready, there is no tweaking they haft to do to DG to release it on PC. PC will likley wait on PS3 if I had to make a guess

You're saying every game ever can be played on a PC? Please explain to me how Wii and 3DS games work for you?

I have a very strong feeling that its going to be Tuesday the 31st. The ps3 game store and steam update on Tuesday's. Not to mention that Bethesda would have had 4 days prior to get the Dawngaurd release finalized for Ps3 and PC. That in my opinion is an adequate amount of time.

If not, it'll be likely to release the very next Tuesday; The 7th of August which gives them a total of 11 days to have everything ready.

There is almost no excuse for any later date.

Just some info that I have been able to deduct for all PS3 users, dawnguard will not come out until next Wednesday for us because that is when the PSN store will add new games and DLCS to purchase. Just thought I'd let you all know
